the 1st 1 ok la but the building looks like slanting a bit...building very jao gei...(if superstitious) slanting 1.
like mau jatuh...better improve on the 1st 1. BTW, what meaning Savoy la???

i agree with eugene that the building is slanting on 1st design. here is some guideline for designing property logo, hope it can help.
1) font selection- must suit the development concept, exp: modern, classic, contemporary, balinese, tropical..etc.
2) colour selection- must not over use colour, must be more serious, elegant, comfortable. maximum colour in use is 3-4.
3) overall- must be BALANCE! graphics only use for supporting, not too fancy/abstract. logo design must able to show viewer the confidence.
TIPS:
*do an test print on big and small comparison(must be seen as small as 2cm CLEARLY)
*get more fit back from other designers, don' be affraid
these are the basic guidelines, now apply these guideline to your logo designs and make a judgement yourself.
